Inbound Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an Inbound Marketing Assistant to manage and execute digital strategies that attract, convert, and nurture leads across multiple channels. This position is ideal for professionals with digital marketing experience looking to directly impact the growth of a technology company.

What will you do?

Client and Prospect Management

• Execute inbound marketing strategies to nurture and convert leads.
• Manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other automation tools.
• Monitor the entire conversion funnel, from initial interaction to closing.

Landing Page Creation and Optimization

• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for landing pages.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new capture pages.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion rates.
• Coordinate visual content creation for landing pages.

Digital Campaign Management

• Manage and optimize digital campaigns to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create social media content that drives engagement.
• Develop SEO-focused content strategies to increase organic traffic.

Reporting and Analysis

• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze customer behavior and recommend strategic improvements.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in inbound marketing.

Requirements:

• Advanced English, oral and written.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• On-site position in Hermosillo, Son., Méx. (full time, in office).
