We are Gila Software, an IT Staff Augmentation and custom software development company headquartered in the U.S. with operations in Mexico. We specialize in providing high-quality tech solutions to businesses in the United States. We are looking for a Bilingual Telemarketing Executive to help us reach potential clients and follow up on business opportunities.
What will you do?
- Make phone calls to potential clients in the U.S. to offer our IT Staff Augmentation and software development services.
- Follow up on scheduled calls and interested clients.
- Send information via email to prospects and log interactions in the CRM.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Meet daily call and lead conversion goals.
- Maintain effective and professional communication in both English and Spanish.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in B2B or tech companies).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proactive attitude and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred).
- Availability to work on-site in Hermosillo, Sonora.
