Description:

We’re looking for a UI/UX Engineer to help build and scale high-quality, reusable front-end components that power modern web applications. This role sits at the intersection of design and engineering, working closely with product and design teams to deliver consistent, accessible, and performant user interfaces.

The company builds scalable software products with a strong focus on user experience, design systems, and high-performance front-end architecture, operating in a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What will you do?

  • Build and maintain reusable UI components used across multiple applications
  • Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable front-end code
  • Ensure consistency between design and implementation across the platform
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system
  • Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to improve user experience
  • Maintain and optimize front-end performance and accessibility standards
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines to support deployment processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues efficiently

Requirements:
  • +3 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
  • Experience building reusable and modular components.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and modern CSS approaches (Tailwind, Styled Components, etc).
  • Experience with Git, pull requests, and code reviews.
  • Understanding of component-driven development (Storybook or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on performance and scalability.
  • Good communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with design systems and shared component libraries.
  • Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Docker or cloud-based environments.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging techniques.
